Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services and programs.

How do I get started with your programs?

The first step is to contact us through our contact form, by phone, or by email. We'll schedule an initial assessment to understand your needs and determine which programs would be most beneficial. Our intake coordinator will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Many of our services are covered by provincial health insurance and extended health benefits. We also offer sliding scale fees for those without coverage. During your initial assessment, our team will discuss financial options and help you understand what may be covered by your specific insurance plan.

How long do your programs last?

Program length varies depending on individual needs and the specific program. Our intensive outpatient programs typically run for 8-12 weeks, while ongoing support groups and aftercare services can continue for as long as needed. We believe in providing support throughout the recovery journey, not just during the initial phases.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes, we offer virtual counseling, support groups, and certain program components for those unable to attend in person. Our telehealth services provide the same quality of care while offering greater flexibility and accessibility.

How can family members get support?

We offer several resources for family members, including family therapy sessions, support groups, educational workshops, and individual counseling. We recognize that addiction affects the entire family system, and healing often requires support for everyone involved.
