Scripture focus: Psalm 139 speaks of being known completely and still held by God.
Recovery requires truth, but truth does not have to be cruel. When hidden places are brought into safe light, healing can begin. You do not have to perform wellness to be worthy of support.
Reflection: What truth needs a safe place today?
Prayer: God, meet me with compassion in the places I usually hide. Lead me toward safety, honesty, and healing. Amen.
