Privacy and personal information
Information shared about recovery, wellbeing, and support can be especially sensitive. Please read how this platform handles personal information before opening an account or sending a request.
What the website collects
Depending on the features you choose, the website can collect your account email, name, optional phone number, support enquiries, appointment requests, check-ins, safety plans, goals, meeting registrations and messages. It also records limited authentication and security activity to protect accounts and troubleshoot abuse.
Why the information is used
Information is used to deliver requested recovery-support services, manage accounts, respond to your enquiries, coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain private recovery tools, and secure the platform. Access to different parts of the service may depend on your account and staff responsibilities. Contact the team if you have questions about who may see information you submit.
Google sign-in
If you choose to use Google to sign in, Google confirms your account identity and verified email address to the website. This login feature requests only your basic identity information (openid, email and profile). It does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail or Calendar. Your recovery check-ins and support notes are not intentionally sent to Google by this sign-in integration.
Security, storage and third parties
The website uses authenticated sessions, account controls and server-side storage. Your information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, email delivery or chat where those features are in use. Contact the team for current details about these providers, data location and safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your rights
To ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of your information, contact the team using the details below. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
